How do you make your bows?
All of our products are not made until you order and made to your liking. Our bows and clips are hand sewn and the ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying. Your bow will look wonderful wear after wear!
As all products are not made until you order, we do have a 7-15 working day processing time. After which, your order will be shipped to you. Although this is our time allowed, we do try to ship your order as quickly as possible. During holidays and time of high order volume or if you have a very large order, we will more than likely need to take the full processing time.
How much is shipping?
Flat Rate Shipping - $4.25...this cost is your shipping charges. We also charge a $1.00 handling fee for shipping and packaging supplies. All orders under 13 ounces will be sent via First Class U.S. Mail. All orders 13.1 ounces and over will be sent via Priority Mail.
I live in your local area, am I able to pick up my order?
Certainly! Please contact us via email for a special code to take off your shipping charges at checkout and we will make arrangements for pickup!
How long will it take to ship my order?
Most internet orders will ship out within 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS.
If you are in need of a RUSH order we charge an additional fee of $10.00 not including normal shipping rates. We are more than happy to accommodate you. Before placing your order let us know exactly what you would like to order to ensure all materials we will need to create your order are in stock. We will respond ASAP regarding your rush order. Please be sure to inform us of the exact date of the event to ensure proper delivery times.
On occasion there may be delays in completing orders. You will be contacted if this should happen. All of our items are HAND MADE and are MADE TO ORDER, and we can never predict when we will have a surge in orders! Thank you for your understanding.
~*WHY THE RANGE IN SHIPPING TIME*~
Shipping time will depend on the size of your order, our current work load at the time, and the availability of the items ordered. Often we will be able to get small orders out quickly, within 3 business days. Larger orders may take the full 15 days in some instances others not. Very Large Orders may take a bit longer to ship. Please contact us if you are wondering on availability.
How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Typically a special order will take up to 7-15 days. The time frame depends on what materials are needed, if they need to be ordered, and how many orders are placed before yours. We can give you a more definite date of completion at the time of your order. Custom work begins only after payment has been received in full. Thank you for understanding.

Do you accept International Orders?

Upon receipt of your order, you will be sent a PayPal invoice for your payment. Once payment is received, we will begin working on your order. Your order will be shipped within the normal 7-15 day timeframe via AIRMAIL. Please allow adequate delivery time between countries! Thank you! We look forward to serving you!

Personal checks and Money Orders are accepted for LOCAL PICK-UP orders ONLY!

Shipping
Orders are currently being shipped between 7-10 business days. Large orders may possibly take longer. If you need your order sooner, please contact us to see if we are able to accomodate you.
We carefully package our products to ensure they are protected on their journey! We cannot, however, and will not be responsible for them once they leave our hands. Proof and confirmation of a delivered package is enough proof to assume customer's package was indeed delivered and received.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority! We stand behind the workmanship of our products 100%. We want you to be happy with your purchase, please email us if you have any concerns.
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 5 days and we will be happy to exchange your purchase. All returned items must be in unused original condition and packaging. We will NOT accept merchandise which has been worn or damaged. Exchanges will be issued once we receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom orders are non-refundable, unless a mistake has been made on our part. We are unable to accept ANY returns on pillowcase dresses due to their custom design. Thank you for your understanding!
